Refunds:
If the product you have order is out of stock, we will notify you and offer you a refund or the choice of an alternative product with the same value.
Our recipes are traditional french recipes that have past the test of time using only the best quality ingredients. However if you are not satisfied with your product you have received and you have properly stored and handled the product. Please contact the Toowong French patisserie to arrange to return it within 2 days. (at least 75% of the original product must be returned). Our Head Pastry Chef will assess the product and provide a refund if deemed to not be up to our high standard.
Deliveries:
All deliveries are subject to availability, you will be contacted with a minimum of 24 hours notice if delivery is not available. Delivery times can not be guaranteed however every effort will be made to ensure it is made on time. If the delivery is not on time we will contact the number provided by the customer. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
