Description
Perfect in both winter and summer. Our apple flans consist of a thin crisp buttery shortbread base, with diced apples lightly flavoured with cinnamon and finished in the classic French style with a fan of sliced apples on top. Heat it up and serve with icing sugar and vanilla bean ice cream in winter, or keep it cool and serve with cold cream in summer.
