Leg ham encasing a neufchâtel cheese (soft, slightly crumbly, mould ripened from Normandy), folded and rolled into a buttery croissant pastry and shaped into a traditional crescent. This croissant must be eaten warmed (12-14 mins in 160 degree oven to ensure the cheese is warmed).
