A Croquembouche is a tradition French dessert consisting of profiterole choux pastry, filled with your choice of custard, smothered in shiny sugar toffee, assembled in to a cone shape and bound by toffee.  Show stopper toffee top can be provided as an optional extra.

Decorated with a spiral of peal sugar profiteroles and
a spiral of fresh flowers (supplied by customer).Serving suggestion
2 to 3 profiteroles per person.

Multiple flavours available including vanilla, chocolate, Tia Maria, Baileys, Cointreau and other liquers (not for children).

A minimum 90 profiteroles is needed for this croquembouche to make its statement.

$4.10 per profiterole,
Minimum order of 90 profiteroles    Optional show stopper toffee topper, add on $95.

The best flowers for this croquembouche is a full but small rose.  These must be supplied by the customer, to avoid disappointments with flower colour, shape, size etc.
