Description
A Croquembouche is a tradition French dessert consisting of profiterole choux pastry, filled with your choice of custard, smothered in shiny sugar toffee, assembled in to a cone shape and bound by toffee. Show stopper toffee top can be provided as an optional extra.
Decorations Decorated with a spiral of peal sugar profiteroles and a spiral of chocolate dipped fresh strawberries. Serving suggestion 2 to 3 profiteroles per person. Flavours available include vanilla, chocolate, Tia Maria, Baileys, Cointreau or your favourite liquer.A minimum 90 profiteroles is needed for this croquembouche to make its statement. |
