Note: This cake is made with gluten free products. Our bakery however contains many other products that are made with ingredients containing gluten, hence we cannot sell this as a gluten free product due to the possibility of trace elements.

8 Generous Serves or 12 standard serves. This cake is very rich and small servings are sufficient.

SERVING INSTRUCTION
This gateau must be removed from the refrigerator at least 45 minutes before eating and allowed to come to room temperature. This is because the cake has a high quality butter ingredient, which needs to be consumed at room temp. Eating straight from the fridge will result in a very dry and not nice cake.
